First visit?
Wear comfortable gym clothing you can move in — shorts or joggers and a t-shirt are fine.
No experience needed
Complete beginners are welcome. Fundamentals classes are built for first-timers.
Bring water
Stay hydrated. The team can explain what you need next for gi or no-gi sessions.
Arrive a little early
Aim to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can settle in and ask any questions.
