Prefer a fixed 6-week beginner course?

Flow State Foundations is a beginner-only no-gi academy — six Tuesday evening sessions, a small intake, and a training kit included. It sits alongside the free trial week as another way to start.

What to expect in your first class

A clear welcome, a shared warm-up, and fundamentals practiced at a pace that suits you.

    You'll warm up with the class so you settle into the room at a comfortable pace.

Preparation

What to wear

Keep it simple for your first visit. The team will explain anything else you need for gi and no-gi classes.

    Shorts or joggers and a t-shirt or rash guard — anything you can move in.

  • Bring water

    Stay hydrated. Everything else for gi and no-gi classes can be explained by the team.

  • No gear required to begin

    You do not need a gi for your first visit. Coaches will let you know what you need next.
