Flow State Foundations is for people who have wanted to try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but may not know how to begin. Complete beginners start together in a beginner-only group — no previous experience required.
How it works
A clear six-week journey
Approximately five Foundations intakes run each year. Register your interest and the team will guide you through the next steps.
Register for an upcoming intake
Send your details through the Foundations registration form. The team will contact you with the next steps.
Join a beginner-only group
Train with other complete beginners in a focused Foundations intake — maximum 16 people.
Train once a week for six weeks
One Tuesday evening session each week, 5:30pm–6:30pm, for six weeks.
Learn the foundations of no-gi BJJ
Build your first skills in a structured beginner academy environment.
