Before you arrive
Practical answers for your first visit — keep it simple and ask the coaches anything on the day.
Comfortable athletic clothes you can move in — shorts or joggers and a t-shirt or rash guard. Bring water.
Aim to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can settle in and ask any questions.
No. You do not need a gi for your first visit. Coaches will explain what you need for gi and no-gi next.
Yes. Complete beginners are welcome — Fundamentals classes are built for first-timers.
